Player Registration Information

Here we are building for another great year of Rugby at the Qbn Whites.

In 2019, Rugby Australia released a new Registration process through an APP called Rugby Xplorer.

This can be downloaded onto any smart device through Google Play or the Apple Store.

Registrations for players and volunteers are completed ONLINE via the app or through the Regos Tab on this website.

All individual Rugby participants must be registered prior to participating in Rugby, including before playing any match, trials or training. This is a necessity for coverage under the Rugby Australia National Insurance Scheme.

Registration Process

To register, a participant (for junior players - a player’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the player) needs to:

1. Register for the NSW Active Kids Voucher via www.service.nsw.gov.au – to access the $100 Voucher (optional)

2. Complete ONLINE Registration Forms

3. Pay applicable Registration & Membership fees

2020 Registration Fees

$ TBA for 2020.

All Registered Players receive new Club Shorts and a set of Blue Club Socks and a set of Pink Socks for the Charity Round.

Registered Players who are new to the Whites in 2019 receive a Juniors Training Tee and a Boot bag. All Registered Players have access to the Brumbies Junior Registered Membership Cards for free General Admission to all Brumbies home games during the regular Super Rugby season.

At the END of the year, ALL players who have committed to the year will receive their playing jersey at Presentation Day.

Proof of Age

All Players must now provide a Proof of Age document to the Club prior to the player commencing training with the club. This is to ensure that all players are of the correct age and can be used if an age dispute is raised against the Junior Club.
